So, it’s time for a new “Project F” video!

This is video 25 and the first from the 4th video shoot…. and the longest one in the VIP club yet!

In this video, Frogwomen Lucy and Kara are training their scuba combat skills so they are always ready for a mission.

Lethal or non-lethal ending for at least one of them?

Well… it’s a training scenario. They “just” force each other to the surface.

Background info:

I really like to make these videos of the “Scuba Combat Training” series. They are easy to do, and you can quickly film them.

Also, I only provide some basics of what to do (like going for masks/regulators) ….and the rest is totally up to the frogwomen.

So, it’s always a surprise to me as well what will happen in the end 🙂

This time the two frogwomen came up with the idea that they could start with a sort of “lurking” phase where they would swim around and then would attack each other at the right moment.

I like the idea as it builds up some suspense, and the video gets a little longer as well…

Frogwoman Lucy was wearing the new silver-grey Elios vintage style beavertail wetsuit that I got some weeks ago, and a new white Aqualung mask that I got for a really low price by chance.

It looks really good in my opinion and will surely be used in the future as well.

Both were wearing Omer smooth-skin neoprene socks that looked much better than the usual ones. And they are also more comfortable in the fins as they are thicker.

Frogwoman Kara was wearing the Orca Openwater suit and a new Seac mask with a wider viewing field.

 

As I mentioned in the past, both have only the scuba experience that they got from the video shoots.

But they both are really comfortable with the gear now, and the fact that the two are friends in real life is a big advantage as well.

 

It’s not always easy to be in the right spot with the camera, as I can only guess how they will move around in all directions.

Once in this video, I was in an unfortunate position in the end… but well… it’s always a bit of luck involved, and most of the time I think it worked out fine.

Glad that we had some sunshine here as the sun showed up during the filming.

I would say that is quite a bargain!

Also, I do hope that the amount of VIP club members will be higher with the current price as it would be with a higher price.

The rotation periods for each video will get a little longer though. When a video leaves the VIP club it will be out for at least 4 months.

But still, there will be 5-6 Project F videos in it each month.

Again…. like I said in the last post: What I would give to have that scene in color…..

There are 4 seasons of this TV show. 3 of them were filmed in color. Sadly this is also from the first season 🙁

However, these scenes are great! How often you can see a surface fight scene with a rubber frogwoman? That is VERY rare!

Ok, if you see the scene in slow motion you may notice that it looks like she is smiling a bit too much as she is attacked 😆

Perhaps the actress did find the scene hilarious or she couldn’t hide her smile cause she was enjoying it… well, we will never know.

Also, she is way too passive, especially underwater. Yeah, her role was pretty helpless, but well it was the 60s, absolutely standard procedure 🙁

I envy the guy

Would have loved to see her in a scuba fight, but no luck.

But the scuba action with the frogmen was really good.

It is interesting that her wetsuit jacket has a different color than the pants…. she certainly looks great in it!

All in all a great episode… a shame that this was already the majority of female scuba scenes in the entire show.

What I would give to have that scene in color…..

There are 4 seasons of this TV show. 3 of them were filmed in color. Sadly this is also from the first season 🙁

A really nice scene, even though I would have preferred for them to switch roles and gear.

She in that rubber wetsuit and the male diver pointed the spear gun at her.

And the fight would then last much longer.

However, it’s really nice to see the underwater fight! She made a rookie mistake: When you have a ranged weapon…. don’t get too close to your enemy 😉

But ok, she isn’t trained in scuba combat like the hero of the show.

I will post another scene from this episode.

I edited the first scene a little and cut out about a second or so to (hopefully) prevent getting an age restriction by Amish Youtube even though that scene may be totally harmless by US standards.

Quite a dark scene in several ways. But I love the sounds and her dive mask is interesting as well.

Later on, she is her house, which used to be the house of her parents who got killed some years ago.

Quite a nice pool and I like that she has all the scuba gear at her house.

Of course, it’s rather shallow but still, great to have such an indoor pool.

Later on, she seemingly stays a while underwater to relax and clear her head.

Maybe she enjoys that pool in other ways as well, but I can only speculate about that 😆

5 tech divers and a deadly scuba accident!?! [Post 1 of 2] + News on Video 25 of Project F

I know about this movie for quite a while since I stumbled upon the cover of the German Bluray.

And as I found out that the main character of the movie is a (female) police diver… I got very thrilled to watch/buy this one 😉

Now, it’s finally time to make the first post about it!

Another one will follow…

Kiki (a female police diver), her brother and parents, and a close family friend wanna get a new dive record. But something goes horribly wrong!

This is from the German TV airing of the Belgian movie. Don’t know if there is an English dub for it.

I added the second scene to help to clear some of the confusion as it tells some very important facts about the fatal dive.

First of all, it’s a shame that the actual scuba fights/murders aren’t shown at all in the movie.

You have to imagine it with the clues from the later scene which is in the video above.

Kiki and her brother are already at their own record depth and can’t dive any deeper to (potentially) save their parents.

Both ascend too fast, which is no wonder after what they have been through. But they survive… unlike their parents.

Spoiler title
Cezaire who was the fifth guy had some serious issues with the parents of Kiki and he is the killer.

All in all, it’s a nice peril scene, even though most of the action isn’t shown.

Seeing Kiki diving with that gear is a nice treat though!

I will make another video with 2 underwater/dive scenes with her, not much action there… but they are interesting as well!

A Japanese Frogwoman in a rubber wetsuit …and the rubber monster

Hmh, not exactly a fan of this color mixture on her… but I always love a (black) rubber wetsuit!

The brown fins match the brown part of the wetsuit, but I’m not too fond of the color. The addition of a green cowl is pretty “wild” 😆

However, she looks great nonetheless in that outfit!

A shame that she had only that very short scene where she was actually diving in real water.

The fake underwater scene looks pretty weird, with no bubbles at all, and so on.

I don’t fully get what this all is about as the video has just Japanese language and no subtitles.

In my version, there wouldn’t be a monster but some evil frogwomen and she would have to battle them 😉

Female scuba diver lost at sea

…and no, I am not talking about the movie “Open Water” 😉

We have a woman and a guy who dive around and get quite surprised when they resurface!

Not sure how realistic it is that it would drift away and then also drift away from sight completely in the matter of one dive.

But that’s not important.

All in all a nice perilous scene, even if the peril happens on the surface.

Interestingly the guy uses the regulator that normally is mounted on an Interspiro AGA full-face scuba mask.

Quite unusual.

Some really nice underwater footage is included.

If I would have filmed that scenario an evil frogwoman in black rubber would have sneaked onto the boat during their dive and would have stolen it to leave them to their fate.

Much cooler than the boat just drifting away 😉

Frogwomen Kara and Demi in “Scuba Spy 3” – [24th video of Project F – 3rd video shoot]

So, it’s time for the seventh video of the 3rd video shoot of “Project F”, the last one from that video shoot.

In this video, Agent Kara is taking pictures of a secret underwater base of Spectre (#some imagination required) and gets attacked by an evil frogwoman…

….and only ONE of them will survive!

Background info:

This one is a good example of how much I want and do not want to show here. I mentioned above that only one of them would survive the fight.

It would certainly be good for promo reasons to include a picture of the ending here.

But at the same time, I don’t want to fully spoil it by showing that… as you then would know who will win the fight.

So, I chose the middle way… maybe I will use a picture of the ending in a week or two, but not now.

This video was more difficult to make than the previous ones. We had a script and reshoot some scenes, especially the final one.

That also made the editing more complicated in comparison as well…. for some scenes.

In the end, I’m happy with the result! I made some notes on things that can be improved in the future.

The GoPro I use for filming is doing a good job… but it has one aspect that can be problematic:

As the camera is tiny… the screen is tiny as well, and that makes it pretty hard to see all the details, especially while filming underwater.

Kara and Demi did a fine job, especially considering how little scuba experience they have/had and that this scenario was quite challenging.

As a BONUS for you guys, I decided to also include a BONUS version with a lot of awesome music from Thunderball!

I hope you folks like that version as well and appreciate the effort, if not… just watch the “normal” version 😉

Now a minor spoiler, so don’t continue unless you have seen the video!

In the end scene, the regulator wasn’t supposed to exhaust bubbles, even as we repeated the scene several times, it always did… so just ignore these bubbles 😉

We could have closed the valve for the scene… but that was a little too risky as both had very little scuba experience.

This video has 4 “rounds” of their scuba combat training + a “bonus” round.

In that bonus round, we tried something that didn’t work out like it was supposed to.

Therefore, I don’t promote that section with pictures here openly as it would feel wrong, even though those pictures do look really great.

Still, I think that bonus round is very interesting to watch and I do bet that many will love that part 😉

Some things are much harder in reality than in the movies 😉

I want to redo that scene next time and will prepare that scene so it will work out with the desired end result.

All the other 4 rounds worked out well, and delivered some good endings 🙂

As with the other “Scuba combat training”-videos, this had only very little script in it. I just provided possible outcomes.

But how, when, and by whom these were achieved was in the hands of Alice and Caity.

Next time I will give more detailed instructions as to how some things should be done, that shouldn’t cost too much extra time.

Very happy (again) with how both frogwomen performed here and surprised me as well, as I didn’t know what exactly would happen in each round.
