A female and a male diver try to blow up a yacht

Yeah, I made quite a few cuts of scenes where they are not on screen, so the video wouldn’t slow down too much when the guy is clowning around on their boat. #fishes

But I kept all the underwater scenes in it and the scenes where they are in their wetsuits.

I still don’t get this odd movie. It is a comedy… but has some really dark elements in it.

I mean, in the first scene of the movie of pair of scuba divers gets drowned with a net (link 2 above).

She nearly drowned as she tried to plant the bomb at night (link 1 above).

And now the bad guys blow up on their yacht… quite a strange “comedy” 😆

But it’s nice that the third attempt to sink that yacht is successful.

The first two attempts could be foiled by planting a net on the divers/diver.

This time, they weren’t aware of any divers as the two wore a fishermen disguise over their wetsuits as they approached the yacht.

Sadly, the bad guys never beefed up their security and had some divers to protect the vessel.

The bad villain has this gigantic yacht and is (seemingly) an arms dealer….. but the only thing they had to defend the yacht against divers was… a net.

Well, it worked twice with some insane luck… but not this time 😆

The good guys even had cool spear guns with them… but sadly, there was no opportunity to use them 🙁

1 woman in 4(!) underwater/scuba scenes in a rare movie [HD version, TV show version]

Last week I posted about a certain movie:

This week I will post about it again!

Thanks to the 2 guys who pointed me to the wonderfully restored HD cut of the TV show version (about 3,5 hours long)!

The first scuba scene wasn’t in my first video.

The 2nd scuba scene also wasn’t in my first video (it’s not in the movie version at all).

The other 2 scenes are weirdly enough….shorter… in this long version (TV show cut)…. more on that below.

Indeed, an awesome picture quality… I am amazed that it is possible with AI tweaking.

What is really odd, though:

The scene where the woman gets pulled off the boat and drowns is about 33 seconds long in my VHS rip.

In the much longer TV series cut… the same scene only lasts 17 seconds! Weird as hell….

That is quite sad… the drowning scene in the movie is much better in my opinion.

 

Even the pool scene drowning attempt seems shorter in the much longer TV show cut… that makes no sense.

On the bright side: There is an additional scuba scene with a woman in a red) wetsuit in the TV show cut.

Will need to watch the whole 3,5 hours TV show cut to get the full picture of what is going on there.

The first scene with the couple ends there; there is no more footage in the TV show.

1 woman in 5(!) underwater/scuba scenes in a rare movie

I know about this movie for a while, but never posted about it.

That needs to change…

And that isn’t even every scuba/underwater scene from the movie… There are some scuba scenes with 2 different rubber-clad frogmen in them.

But as they don’t interact with any women there… these scenes don’t qualify for this blog.

There is also one scene with a woman in a wetsuit at the very beginning of the movie. I will post it very soon.

And I should re-watch the whole movie. I have seen it, but that was …at least… 15 years ago.

But now to these scenes:

Yeah, it’s a shame for me that she is diving in several scenes here, but just in her clothes. That is quite weird and not so sexy… for me.

The 2 drowning scenes are quite… drastic. Great work on the facial expressions there!

I highly suspect the producers/the director had some …kink… for it, especially as there are 2 scenes in the movie… just minutes apart.

In my version, she would have been in a wetsuit. She would take the scuba tank and other gear with her on the boat.

As soon as the other woman gets attacked, she would put on the gear and get into the water and then fight with the diver so the other woman could (perhaps) escape.

It’s interesting that she tries to fend off the scuba diver, but doesn’t go into the water herself… I mean, 2 women would have had a much better chance to defeat the scuba diver.

Seemingly, it was too much of a risk for her…

Sadly… her scuba scenes lack any action, a missed opportunity in a movie so full of scuba/underwater scenes.

But the guy in a rubber wetsuit VS frogman in rubber, and the 2 female drowning scenes are certainly made very well.
