I know about this movie for years, but didn’t post about it so far.

Why? Because… if you look at it strictly, there isn’t a (fully geared) female diver in it.

But you have a woman in a short-wetsuit and a vintage FFM in a short scene.

And then a woman gets pulled into a pool by a man in a full wetsuit and a vintage rebreather(?)!

And if I remember right, someone asked about this scene a while ago…

I added the scene with the wetsuit as it fits the topic. 

She isn’t exactly so hot with the short hair (in my opinion), but the wetsuit is certainly nice.

It’s cool that she is wearing the wetsuit that her father got her, and she wants to “practice” before some (scuba) lessons by running around in it.

Some kinky fun 😉

The pool scene is pretty great for 2 main reasons. He is all dressed up in awesome vintage gear!

Plus, it’s great that the other woman is actually attacking the evil diver by ripping his air hose. Great job!

That’s how you deal with a diver who attacks you…. not just trying to escape to the surface… attack him in a way that he has to abort his plans.

It’s interesting that he is geared up in a full rubber suit and everything. I mean, it’s Italy, the pool is pretty warm… he wouldn’t need a wetsuit, but he decided to wear one anyway 😉

2 movie mistakes are easy to see here. The underwater scenes are clearly not shot at night, but rather in broad daylight or with many artificial lights.

It’s quite a weird contrast this way 😆

Also, in some scenes he is wearing a bathing cap with the mask, in others… not. #continuationerror

The attempt to drown her is filmed pretty well, even though the scene could be a bit longer with more close-ups.

However, all in all, it’s a great scene for my taste!

2 women in bathing suits getting attacked by a male and a female scuba diver [2 episodes]

In the first scene, a woman in a bathing suit gets attacked by a male diver.

In the 2nd scene, a woman in a bathing suit gets attacked by a female diver.

Both scenes are from the same TV show, but from different episodes.

Take a good look at the underwater scenes, and you will notice that the producers cheated 😉

Ok, let’s start with the first one. Yeah, a solid peril scene, even though it’s very short, and she drowns very fast.

Plus, she foolishly just tries to get the surface instead of attacking the diver. But ok, it’s an understandable behavior …especially when attacked by surprise.

She was oddly calm as she first surfaced again, but ok, a tiny scene.

All in all, a good scene for sure.

The 2nd scene is odd for 2 reasons. First, the scene just stops in the middle, and later it is explained that she actually drowned.

But the big scandal for me is that they just reused some of the underwater footage of the first scene (from a different episode/season of the show)!

 So, you see the male diver and the woman from the first scene again 😆

What a cheap, dirty trick! I guess they wanted to save a few bucks and used some seconds of the old footage, and then just ended the scene early.

It’s a real shame, especially as it was supposed to be the female diver in the 2nd scene.

Would have been great to fully see them fight!

In my version, the frogwoman would have pulled her under. They would fight viciously. It looks as if the diver is successful with her evil plan.

Quickly, her friend on the boat would realise that something was wrong and jump after her to investigate.

Then one of them would manage to unmask the diver, and the diver would give up and swim away.

But ok, still a good scene either way! I like that we can see how the villainess pulls on her hood at the beach.

Yes, I am not the biggest fan of drysuits and such heavy gear in general.

But this is an interesting scenario with some peril included…

Yeah, I would say the wrong person got into peril… 😉 , but ok, still an interesting scene!

Don’t know if there are other scenes like that where a woman walks around the neighborhood in a massive drysuit and a Kirby Morgan helmet… guess not.

I don’t know the (sci-fi) background story, but seemingly, there is some forceful pressure in that certain area of town, and the guy somehow controls it.

It’s somewhat odd that a park bench would damage such a heavy piece of airline equipment, but okay, who knows how old the equipment is.

It certainly creates a nice scene with some perilous breathing sounds. Also, it adds a level of danger as she is now completely on her own.

A shame that the bad guy here is so…. passive.

In my version, they would fight, and he would be toying with her airline/air support at one point…. 😉

However, it’s certainly an interesting scene with unusual equipment at a very unusual place.

A female scuba diver runs out of air and then gets stuck in a net!

This one is a classic that is somehow missing on this site.

Really weird, I was sure it was already here… seemingly it got lost at some point? Hard to say…

However, it’s certainly a memorable scuba scene… as it is great and bad at the same time.

Puh… let’s start with the bad things…

That air loss on her inflator is really minimal; that is next to nothing. It’s hilarious how fast it empties her tank… completely insane.

Why doesn’t she check her tank gauge before she is empty?

Why does she never spot the stream of bubbles escaping her inflator hose?

Why isn’t he away from her? #buddysystem

Why does she react so calmly after she runs out of air? Looks almost bored at first 😆

Why doesn’t she ascend immediately after realizing that he isn’t around? #precioustime

As she finally ascends, she is suddenly tangled up in a net with just the clap of one fin. WTF?

Why can’t she get it untangled? She should be fit enough to reach it…

Why doesn’t she have a knife or any cutting tool?

She could easily get out of that fin with her foot and then ascend…

He arrives… and instead of giving her air, he starts to cut the net… WHAT?!?!? 

 

Yeah, that’s quite a LOT… but still it’s (also) a great scene!

She really provides some convincing facial expressions as she is without air. Good job!

The scene is from a horror movie; perhaps that’s why they really pushed for some “extreme” facial expressions.

That makes the scene really stand out against many other “trapped underwater and out of air” scenarios, despite all the flaws.

I don’t know if her gear was actually sabotaged or not…

The female diver from video 1 actually gets murdered, but on dry land.

Damn, with her solo dive… that could have been done differently 😉

It’s nice that the sabotage on her tank gets shown beforehand.

Don’t know if it was planned that she would take that specific tank… perhaps it was just bad luck.

However, the sabotage was quite “unsuccessful”. She stayed calm, and her dive buddy was close by (as he should be), so she could buddy breath with him and ascend safely.

So, the sabotage didn’t work out. Maybe he should have sabotaged both of their tanks… or maybe it wasn’t planned that he would be diving with her?

Maybe I should watch the whole thing at one point….

The hood of the female diver in the 2nd video was way too big for her, too much of her face was covered by it… which is a problem, as the mask has to be in place 100% (on the skin).

This way, the hood could easily get in the way, and her mask could easily flood.

All in all, some nice new scuba scenes 🙂

Ok, I don’t know the background story with supernatural elements.

But…. WHAT THE HELL is going on here?

How is her fin suddenly stuck there? And why can’t she get it out again with that loose underground?

And if she can’t get her fin out for some crazy reasoning… why can’t she get her foot out of the fin????

Or did the writer think that wouldn’t be a possibility?

She seemingly has problems with her air… and checks the gauge, and it says 50 bar (out of 200).

So, why does she have problems with her breathing? That is still plenty of air left!

Same with his gauge, as they check it, he too has a good amount of air left.

And what is that supernatural witch(?) doing there?

And what is this crazy scoring with the overly dramatic sound effects? :LOL:

Questions over questions…

Still, a nice peril scene for a short time when you black out all the crazy circumstances.

From very little of what I saw of this show, I suspect that the guy who is shown at the very end of the video has tampered with her tank.

Perhaps the air in her tank was “poisoned”… and then the scene would make some sense at least.

Still, it’s weird what she is signaling for him. He takes her regulator out and tries for himself.

So, did all her signalling mean that she feels dizzy or that something is off with her air? I certainly didn’t get that out of her weird signals 😆

Even if her air was poisoned… it’s odd that she passes out at some point on her way to the surface. I mean, she was getting air from him and still got worse?

But I guess I shouldn’t be thinking about any logic here, as it is a telenovela 😉

Wanted: Picture sets from the old Aquawomen.com site!

Aquawomen.com has been out of business for quite some years now, and I was a member on their site for a short time as they were still operating.

I downloaded a lot of their videos and some of their picture sets.

With the picture sets, I was (and am) most interested in those with scuba fights and/or scuba peril.

Recently, I got a scuba fight picture from them that I hadn’t seen before, thanks to a nice guy!

So I now know that I don’t have all the most interesting picture sets… and that has to change 😉

I’m interested! We could make a swap deal for Aquawomen videos or pictures, or Project F videos.

As I said: I am primarily interested in picture sets with scuba peril/scuba fights!

(sadly, they never did videos with scuba fights…)
