I just read that there is a Blu-ray release of the September Storm movie from 1960! It has a lot of scuba scenes and I only had some crappy VHS recording so….this blu-ray release is a BIG upgrade.

This one is new to me, I only saw this material today and after it, I started editing it, so you guys can see it.
For a 70’s not-so-well-known tv-series the quality of the picture is really great. It seems that it was recorded only some months ago in HD.
In this video, we have two scenes.
In the first one, two female divers are searching for some mining equipment on the bottom of a lake.
In the second scene, one of them is attacked from behind by a male diver! Who will win? And how?

A very strange fight. He has the moment of surprise but somehow fails pretty miserable!
Don’t understand why his tank(?) suddenly is losing air and why he seemingly dies within seconds 😆
However, it’s a very rare scene as a frogwoman actually kills a male diver….. you won’t find many movies/TV shows where that does happen!

Isn’t that a fantastic scene? It is so rare that the air hose of a female diver is cut. I know only a handful of scenes where that happens.
She is quite passive which is a little odd, as she is attacked… but ok, she is attacked by surprise.
You may have noticed that there is a weird cut after her air hose is cut. Suddenly she has escaped the evil diver….what has happened????

The weird cut actually comes from the fact that this scene was split into 2 segments as it was shown in 2 episodes.
One episode ends with her air hose being cut, and the next episode starts with her escape from the cave. #cliffhangerfromhell

Hey folks, after the little “easter break” it’s time for a new video!
I really looked forward to watching this particular movie in the hope to see some women in their 60’s dive gear. Well, it was only one scene with one woman…but the scuba gear is just GREAT!

Her black rubber wetsuit and the double air hose…. near perfection!
I hoped to see more frogwomen in that movie and had a tiny hope for some scuba action…but no luck…

Time to write a better text for this great scene!
A female scuba spy gets attacked by evil frogmen and drowns in the process…. very rare stuff!
I love that she really fights back and manages to fight off several frogmen, but of course, she is up against 3 divers who eventually overpower her and rip out her mouthpiece.
But she really is determined to keep her live-giving regulator in her mouth and manages to get rid of the first guy who was pulling on it.
The drowning comes way too fast but ok, as they cut away from her you could say that perhaps some more seconds pass until they cut back to her face.
A real shame she didn’t have any more frogwomen by her side.
I imagine 3 frogwomen fighting against these guys….that would be SOOOO awesome. 😉

That is some outfit!
Too bad she doesn’t go for a dive… 🙁 , but the wetsuits are pretty rare on females and in color, so we take what we can get. Good scenes!
