Perhaps you have a hunch why I didn’t upload this one until now.
I really love the storyline and the hideous villainess plot! Kidnapping that beautiful woman, putting her in scuba gear and a sexy wetsuit, and then tying her up underwater.
But I do have quite a lot of problems with how they presented it.
First of all, the camera is so far away most of the time! It’s hard to really see her. And underwater it’s rather murky so you can’t get a good look at her…a real shame!
Some closeups of her in distress as she realizes her situation, fighting against her restraints, breathing faster and faster….that would have been great!
Also, I would have discarded the whole bomb plot. Just let her air run out as the time limit.
And the end is very odd. She is more or less unconscious when she is finally at the surface. Why? Did she run out of air after all? If yes, why didn’t the hero give her air?
And then the odd cutting as suddenly her father is in the boat as the hero is in a real hurry to leave. Strange.
In my version, she would wear a full wetsuit like the male divers. But once again the female divers in a movie need to show more skin as they think it will make them more attractive.
Thanks to a nice guy on a forum I was pointed towards a youtube video in which I learned that there is a documentary TV special “The Incredible World of James Bond” from 1965 to promote the Bond movies and to keep the hype up about the franchise who was at an all-time high back then.
There seems to be quite a lot of Thunderball behind the scenes snippets in it, so I would LOVE to see the whole thing!
I tried any source to get my hands on this documentary, but no luck.
So, has anybody perhaps an idea where to get it?
It wasn’t ever released on any media as I think. Perhaps it was put as a special on a DVD or Blu-ray of a James Bond movie, but I haven’t found any proof of that.

Today I wanna present another smoking hot video from Vicky Devika!
Some months ago I already presented 5 videos of her where she wore stunning outfits and used all sorts of different scuba masks.
In these videos, some great fantasies of mine come to life, and I am sure that many of you will love these videos as well!
Today I wanna present the video “Vintage Double Hose Trial”.

Getting a real double hose scuba regulator has been a dream of mine for such a long time now. I don’t know why, but this idea of being a hot sexy vintage frogwoman just turns me on a lot.
I’m in the process of rebuilding a vintage double hose reg and I just acquired a set of new reproduction hoses and a Voit mouthpiece for it. I was really eager to try the double hose, so I devised a hack to use my old single hose reg as a double hose, and I eagerly jumped in the pool to try it out!!
Watch this very happy frogwoman blowing bubbles and sucking on that vintage double hose regulation, all dressed in tight rubber, with assorted original vintage rubber fins and a vintage oval dive mask by US Divers.

In comparison to the other videos I presented here this video is more “harmless” as she this time “only” dives around without giving herself up to her desires 😉
For me, those are more than enough reasons to get this video!
Interestingly this movie seems to be shot in a large hotel pool.
In the beginning, you can hear voices for some seconds…. on the headphone at least.
And near the end, you see some buildings behind the pool that clearly seem to belong to a hotel complex.
That brings me to some interesting thoughts:
For obvious reasons this video doesn’t show explicit sexual content as the folks from the hotel would call the police…if they would realise what is going on underwater. 😉
Still, even the hotel seems very empty as there are no folks visible in the video….I wonder how it would be to shoot in such a location.
I mean dressing up in latex and using scuba gear in a public pool…..isn’t exactly “normal”, it takes some guts to do it.
I wonder how many folks were there that witnessed the shooting and how they reacted to it.
Even the place was very empty…there must have been some folks who witnessed it as the shooting takes a lot more time than the actual duration of the video.

Of course, I have several ideas on how you could add some more peril to this scenario…..
First of all thanks to the guy who recommended me a video from this TV show and also to Scuba Snooper who uploaded a video from it on youtube!
I asked for the title of the untitled video and not only got the title but the link for the whole episode!

I checked the whole episode and found a lot more interesting scenes, so I decided to make my own version with all the female scuba scenes below and above the surface.

So, I don’t understand Hungarian (surprise!)…but from what I understand of the episode so far…some villains are searching in that lake for treasure.
One of the evil guys turns against the other one and drowns him as he finds something (a rather disappointing scene).
The dead frogman gets found by the police. For some reason, the TV show’s lead actress gets her hands on his wetsuit and starts wearing that men’s suit.
We can clearly see that it doesn’t fit her very well as she is surprised by that guy. Logically it’s pretty loose. (DAMN!)
One of the good guys has to help the bad guys in recovering the treasure (the guy in the full-face scuba mask).
They decide to get rid of him and close the valve so he doesn’t get any oxygen while being trapped underwater!
Lucky for him our frogwoman shows up just in time.
But she has to fight off the evil guy in the red wetsuit first. As she is a trained martial arts expert…she uses her elbow to hit him right in the face, seemingly breaking his nose.

Of course, there are some minus points. Her wetsuit is way too loose, the visibility is rather bad, and the a language problem. A shame the villainess doesn’t dive at the end and is only be seen exiting the water in her blue wetsuit very early on. Would have been great to have the two frogwomen fighting against each other at the end of the episode.
But this episode has a LOT to offer! Some great vintage wetsuits and nice diving scenes. Also, I like how the villains try to drown that guy, a really hideous way….
The highlight is of course the scuba fight where our frogwoman has to face the evil guy in the red wetsuit! It could have been longer, but I really like the intensity. Filming through her scuba mask for a second or two was an awesome idea! Don’t know why that wasn’t done more often.
Also, it’s great that she let out some “grunting” noises to illustrate the intensity of the fight as she has to defend herself against his scuba knife.

This post is long overdue! I was pretty sure that I posted about the movie as soon it hit the theaters back then, but not here on the blog.
This movie has one really GREAT scuba peril scene and I made two videos to incl. the whole scene without making a too long video.
Nonetheless, it was blocked on Youtube but in this case “only” in France and some french overseas islands/regions. So 99% should be able to see it.
This movie has gigantic Megalodon sharks and obviously, you shouldn’t take it as a “realistic” movie. You should just have fun watching it.
I am pretty sure there isn’t a single really realistic shark movie anyhow…so…no need to care about the realism in it 😉
We have a yacht full of folks who wanna catch a living Megalodon.
Of course, it’s not as easy as they thought…..

That was quite a ride for her….
Not exactly a nice thought of being stuck in the mouth of that MEG!
Her wetsuit is quite sexy for a modern suit and it’s nice that she doesn’t have a BCD.
Bingbing Li does a good job in the movie and here in this scuba scene!
I love the tension as she is alone in that cage, she knows the shark is somewhere, and we can clearly hear her exhaling through the scuba mask.
And the air loss peril scene is just great! I am not 100% sure if it is realistic, as I think that the actual incoming air gets only in the “closed” area around the mouth (unless you wanna clear the whole mask underwater). Also, her air is depleting too fast in my opinion when we see the percentages going down rapidly.
But anyhow, I love the sound of the exiting air and her reaction to it. The sentence: “My mask is broken, I’m losing air!”….pure gold. 😉
I think it was a wise choice to leave the mask on even as her oxygen was gone. With the mask on she couldn’t inhale water, she was “just” passing out.
Today I wanna present something very rare…. at least in the movies:
A black frogwoman!
I have seen many, many, many movies and TV shows with scuba scenes over the last decades. But I only remember a handful of scenes that had actually a black guy or girl in it.
I think this one was recommended to me ages ago (thanks for that!), but I didn’t post about it as this movie has a big “problem”.
The frogwoman doesn’t dive at all.
So, why do I now post it anyhow? Well, the scenes are very interesting for several reasons….

Actually, she is running around in that wetsuit for at least 10 more minutes in the movie (incl. a motorboat chase), but I can’t post all that.
But damn, Pam Grier does look smoking hot in that wetsuit. The movie was about 10 years too late to present her in a vintage rubber wetsuit, but this wetsuit is fine as well.
And the scene where she seduces the bad guy to lure him closer….is quite sexy! She certainly knows how to use her looks to manipulate him.
Actually so far I haven’t seen the whole movie, but I will catch up on that in the next few days.
Would like to know what kind of device is installed on the Uzi she is carrying. Doesn’t look like a silencer, at least not a type I have seen before.
This movie is rated REALLY bad on IMDB, but it actually has some nice scuba and wetsuit scenes!
I found it on my older lists, but have forgotten to make a post for it. A nice blog visitor recommended it to me in the last months, so now you all can enjoy it! Thanks for that!

Yeah, I know the picture quality isn’t good….but that fits the actual quality of the movie. There is no Blu-ray or DVD release of this one 😉
The idea of the rubber frogman as a sea monster is interesting. I don’t know why she would faint, even he surfaces so suddenly. She should have noticed the bubbles he leaves before…and thereby knows that there is no monster chasing her but a diver.
He’s a pretty creepy guy and actually dies only moments later as the real “monster” gets him. That was done really bad, therefore I excluded that scene…and besides this is the frogWOman blog 😉
A shame that the creepy guy has the really great vintage scuba gear and the female lead and her guy have only rather lame neoprene suits (in my opinion).
Would have been great to see the woman in that rubber gear fighting the monster underwater! But no luck…
