A female spy goes scuba diving

I saw this one… years ago, but thanks to J. for reminding me of this scene!

In this one, we have a female spy/agent who needs to infiltrate a place on the coastline.

She gears up into her scuba gear!

Yeah, the scene is pretty short and there is no real underwater action, but it is nice to see Jennifer Garner in a wetsuit.

Would have been the perfect chance for a real scuba fight!

In my version, there would have been a long scuba fight before she actually makes it through that tunnel.

A scuba diver would be patrolling around that underwater “entrance” 😉

Women in sexy, modern wetsuits!

Yes, there actually are sexy modern wetsuits nowadays! Most of the modern wetsuits are pretty unsexy, but there are exceptions like seen below which use (mostly) smooth skin.

Not every of these suits below was originally designed for diving, but here are my favorite wetsuit pictures that I found over the last weeks:

Sharks and a vintage frogwoman from the 80’s

After the last post had no scuba diving in it….it’s time for some scuba scenes for today!

In this one, we have a frogwoman, a shark cage and …of course…. some sharks!

Well, in my opinion, the scene has interesting scuba gear, but nothing that gets me really excited.

I am sure that some folks might find more aspects in this video that they like.

She looks really good in scuba gear though. 🙂

Japanese frogwoman battles henchmen on dry land!

Sorry for not posting on the weekend, I was away most of the time.

But here is a short video with a nice Japanese frogwoman in action. Not underwater but on dry land. Thanks to whoever recommended me this one last January.

Well, I must admit, for me, the clip is somehow nice, but nothing special, but I guess it’s a good video for some of the wetsuit folks out there who like to see a woman in action while wearing a wetsuit. Sadly there are no underwater scenes with her at all, otherwise, they would have been in the video ;-).

The change from wetsuit to her “normal” clothes is hilarious. Interesting to see what she was supposed to wear under her wetsuit. Even cowboy boots. And it takes a “little” longer to get out of such a wetsuit 😆

I do like her trick to seduce the guys by slowly opening her wetsuit zipper. What a nice distraction 😉

The careless frogwoman on treasure hunt

This scene was laying around on my HD for some months, totally forgot about it….thanks to the one who recommended it to me!

In this scene of a german movie, we have a bunch of treasure hunters that dive to find some important historic treasure.

One of them is a female professor with only a little diving experience….and in this case, that brings her into trouble! 😉

Yeah, it gets dangerous underwater if you don’t know what is behind you…

And when that valve breaks….you are into deep trouble. But at least she wasn’t alone, even she wasn’t really near her group.

However, always an ….interesting…..sight to see so many bubbles ascending to the surface 😉

If you don’t speak german and wanna know about the dialogues:

Before the dive, the female professor wants to join the dive. The leader doesn’t want her on that dive due to her low dive experience. She insists and he gives in.

After the dive, he asks her why she wasn’t close by and why she was so reckless….blabla.

Caves, frogwomen and “ghost” sharks [Blog exclusive]

These scenes are from a very new movie, I tried to upload the short clips (under 4 minutes) on Youtube, but they were blocked right away (like in the past with the prequel to this movie).

So, these videos will only be on this Blog, but not on my Youtube channel.

In this movie, we got 4 very young women that wanna explore an ancient underwater cave system.

And SURPRISE….that wasn’t a really good idea 😉

They have to fight monstrous “ghost” sharks and their dwindling air reserves!

Well, you didn’t expect that ending! 😉

For that reason, I avoided any hints of drowning in the text and pictures above.

This one is a pretty great one for the drowning-peril fans out there.

I wanted to watch this movie for a while and I was spoilered that she would drown in that scene….unfortunately.

Never expected to see a shark “drown” a female diver. Yes, of course, that wasn’t his intention, but by biting into her scuba gear, he forced her to give it up.

And without it -deep down in that cave system- she hadn’t had a chance without any help in range.

She drowns pretty quick, but in her state of panic, with the shark on her tail….no surprise.

The movie offers a lot of underwater scenes as they are underwater for at least 75% of the movie!

I generally like full-face scuba masks, but these aren’t my taste. They show “everything” (what the producers clearly wanted)  and look very “unstylish”.

The scuba gear is incomplete with these “shorty” wetsuits and the missing fins. For me, more would be …..more here 😉

The “we run out of oxygen soon” is a topic for parts of the movie, but unlike in the first movie, it wasn’t handled very well in this one in my opinion.

However, I strongly recommend that you watch the whole movie if you like to see these 4 frogwomen in underwater peril for a looooong time!

Due to ….several reasons…. (incl. material reserve and not enough time) there won’t be a new video on this blog for this weekend.
