Why is she doing it? What does happen to the guy and her?
It’s a little odd that she only loads the spear gun when she is underwater.. but ok. No big thing.
What is more weird is the fact that she is using a snorkel at that depth.
Well, spoiler alert…. it won’t work if it is flooded 😉
Maybe it actually gets used later in the scene when she ascends near the surface? Hard to say….
Perhaps the producers just liked the way she looks with it….
Yeah, she is only freediving, and doesn’t use scuba gear and/or a wetsuit, but… the scene is interesting enough to qualify for this blog.
You don’t often see a scene like this where a female diver is firing a spear gun at another human!

Although she’s only wearing a swimsuit and not a wetsuit, she looks very hot in it. The harpoon shot appears to be an accident, but the hit looks very realistic.For a series with a limited budget, it looks much better than in some Hollywood productions.
The video is definitely worth watching.

She looked very frightened after the shot. If she had wanted to kill him, she would have aimed at something other than his leg.
Maybe…. but I think it’s very hard to aim with those things.
And with some meters distance the spear may already be way below the intended target area.

I know I’m late and that you ALREADY know the name of the show at this point BUT I can still say that the scene takes place in episode 4 at 1:16:34.
Basically the girl is attracted by the man but, after a pair of times where the two fucked, he decided to not have sex with her anymore so, after a not-very-nice-speech, she does what we saw and EVEN IF she continues to say that it was an accident and that the harpoon fired accidentally… I don’t trust her.
I mean… why bringing an harpoon with you in the first place?
I know that I’m the last but I hope that my “help” is useful.

The only reason (other than shooting at him) would be that she had the spear gun for some spear fishing.
Seems odd either way.
It’s very odd that neither of them uses scuba gear. Still an exciting scene though !
Shooting a spear into that part of the leg always seems lethal give the likelihood of heavy bleeding and trying to pull the spear out.
Hard to say… I guess he should leave it in until help arrives.
But yeah, it’s a very severe wound… at least.
