Due to ….circumstances… the air is no longer breathable.
So survivors run around in scuba tanks in order to stay alive.
The scenario isn’t completely new… but it is still a great one for me!
This movie was unknown to me until it was recommended a while back… thanks for that!
I watched the whole thing… and many…. many… many…. times I couldn’t believe what I was seeing 😆

Watch the video before you continue!
Ok, I hope you survived watching these 5 minutes 😉
Let’s start with the fake gear….
She is running around in a fake scuba-prop tank. Why??????? I guess a normal one was supposed to be too heavy for her to run around for hours.
Ok, they could have used a smaller (real) tank… like a 4 or 7-liter tank. But they decided to go with that ugly prop tank where the hose comes directly out of the tank valve 😆
It looks ridiculous as hell, but someone decided that they would do it like this.
Then she “dives” around in some tank with some blue canvas(?) sheet. That looks really bad, also let me ask:
They rent a nice boat, they are on a lake or ocean. WHY wouldn’t they just film below the boat? It couldn’t look any worse than that!
Instead, they go to some tank to film a bad underwater scene with a fake scuba tank….. oh man.
Then basically everybody might ask why she is holding her regulator with one hand the whole time?
Well, because she is sucking directly on the regulator instead of using a rubber mouthpiece.
Together with the fake tank and the fake ocean… it looks completely crappy.
Why didn’t they use a rubber mouthpiece? I guess it was too “impractical” for the actress … Oh boy…
And these fake dead birds 😆 . They invested up to 50 cents for those!
During the movie, she runs around with one tank that somehow lasts for endless hours. Why? Well… perhaps the crappy fake scuba tank mockup is MAGIC?!
And then she stops at that railway crossing and the guy shows up.
He has this medical mask where you pump air into the mask… how EXACTLY would that work for him in this scenario without oxygen in the air?????????
Who comes up with these ideas?
And these “dialogues” and the “acting”! My oh my…. I guess they were written in 2 minutes on the toilet and they hired actors who would work for a McDonald’s Happy Meal.
But on the other hand they do have access to such a nice boat and some good locations… fascinating.
I could make some more videos from this as she is basically running around with her scuba “tank” for most of the movie.
But no… I won’t… as the movie fails on so many levels.
I mean the scenario is so great, you could include so many great peril scenes and would build in some real fights where women would fight for a precious scuba tank.
But no… this movie fails spectacularly 😆
This movie deserves its IMDB score of 2.9.

About the “dead birds”, you’re totally right. They look like pieces of plastic XD.
Aaaaaaaaand I must say… well, write, that you failed to notice another “strange” detail: her hairs.
When she’s going to dip and right after coming out from water, they’re tied “above” her head but when she’s underwater… they just look free.
And, to be fair, this “scenario” reminds me another video that you uploaded some years ago involving a group of people fighting and killing to have more air. I remember that it ends with an old lady that kills the only surviving female scuba girl of a group that ended dead.
PS: about the “free video”, I wish to wait and see all the others shot of the serie before picking one. Still thanks ;).
Ah yeah, didn’t caught that one… was distracted by everything else that happens in this crazy flick 😉
there are so many continuity errors its laughable….
like stated above the hair changes from tied up to loose, even as she surfaces its loose, but when climbing on the boat its platted….
the equipment is as stated laughable, the reg that is not connected… if you watch the earlier part (not in the clip above) the husband dies scuba diving, but when the show him to you, there isnt even a hose or reg attached to the tank…
now dont get me started on the “supposed” Electric car…. it has an exhaust and makes normal car sounds. they just stuck a electric sticker on the front and on the petrol cap 🤣🤣🤣🤣 never even attempted to hide the exhaust pipe….
then there is the boat scene, when she tries to start the engine to the boat, why didnt it even turn over???? surely the starter motor wouldnt eb effected by a lack of air????
then the sailing out with no jib unfurled… how was she even sailing it?
then the so called wetsuit, that they all keep referring too. its a rash vest and a pair of leggings.
But all that said…. its not often that we get a film with this type of plot that we want to see, a good looking lady walking around in a so called wetsuit (so wish it had been a proper wetsuit) breathing from a scuba tank (the one sound that they did seem to get right). yes there was a lot more that they could have done with the plot and made a few more peril scenes or fight scenes that would have been good, as well as real gear etc. but we shall just have to wait for the next one and hope that its better. they do seem to come about, as stated above about the other film with a similar plot, where they did have proper gear and suits on.
also, do i remember seeing a scene from a film where the police detective or something like that is wearing a kirby type helmet scuba gear and walks into a house???? not sure if i have seen on here or somewhere else?
Thanks for the epic comment! Y
Yeah, that movie offers a LOT when it comes to errors and all sorts of laughable embarassements.
