A good scene, but the question is, to which movie belongs it?

Thanks for any help in advance!

*EDIT: October 10, 2022:*

Here is the movie title:

殺意の八丈島海流 のぞかれた美人作家の殺人日記
(Murderous intent in sea current of Hachijojima – A peeped diary of a beautiful female novelist)

*EDIT* Another one hinted at the title of the movie:

Saturday Wide [Hachijojima Current of Murderous Intent] 1991 Keiko Saito

Quite an odd title 😆
