This one has quite a lot to offer :-). We see two women underwater….freediving (one of them)….diving with spare air bottles ….and in FULL scuba gear as well! And it has Pamela Anderson in a tight, “wet” wetsuit….do I need to say more?
And one of them is even out of air in one scene!

Well, a pretty great scene! Really odd is that Alexandra Paul (aka Stephanie Holden in the show) is swimming horizontally in that depth….without an air source! Wouldn’t it be more….well…logical to swim to the surface instead? 😉 Or should we believe that the diver is trapped inside a cave system? It doesn’t look like that…(after all, it’s only a tank in a studio with some fake rocks)
However, seeing frogwomen in action is always good! Especially when someone like Pamela Anderson is diving (stunt double?) and “presents” herself in that wetsuit afterward.
This is the first scuba scene from legendary Pamela Anderson in Baywatch! With her Baywatch colleague Alexandra Paul, she goes scuba diving. But there is an evil diver already waiting for them, and he has some explosives ready for his fiendish plan!

The scene is pretty long, so it was no big surprise that it was blocked by YouTube right away. Then I uploaded the beginning at YouTube, that worked.
However, I wanna present the whole scene without cuts….so here it is the full 11 minutes:
Well, Pamela Anderson was always a…..highlight at Baywatch. And seeing her with scuba gear…is even better of course!
Of course, as usual, the air reserves are already nearly gone as they are trapped. A real classic, it seems that in all these movies and TV series….the people that get trapped underwater ….have always a near-empty tank. 😉
The evil diver and his “indirect approach” to finish the Baywatch frogwomen make a really good peril plot. Of course, I would have preferred a more….”direct approach”. A surprise attack from behind would have been my favorite (they survive nonetheless).
The second video is already on this blog, but not in HD. And it surely deserves the HD quality!
These scenes are from a two-part episode, so I put them into one post.
We have a female diver who explores a cave together with the Hoff…..to find something unexpected!
In the second scene, the same diver gets attacked by an evil villain and his submarine!

Scenes like that contributed quite a lot to starting my scuba fetish back in the 90s. And Baywatch offered not only smoking hot chicks on the beach….but also quite a lot of scuba scenes 🙂
And this villain and his submarine….a pretty great idea! And a great peril scene for sure. The way she is trapped in that gripper arm…. trying to get out of it…. a really good scene.

As the comic is obviously in a french language I didn’t really try to understand the whole story but rather concentrated on the scuba action (where no language is required 😉 )
I really love how they struggle and that he goes for her air hose immediately and cuts it.
Love scenes like that!
What I really don’t get… on the cover and later you can see that she actually has a 2nd regulator (in gold/yellow)…..WHY doesn’t she use it as soon her primary/regular air hose is cut?
Perhaps she is in panic or shock….but well, if you can’t get air from your normal regulator…you should try the other one 😉
Ok, she loses a lot of air through the cut hose but until the tank is empty….she can use the 2nd regulator.
Or perhaps she just wanted to be saved by the guy 😉
Ok, two weeks ago I asked for recommendations for scuba fight scenes (with women) in comics. There were not many responses, but some REALLY good ones 🙂
So, thanks to a friendly user we can all enjoy this scene! It was shown in 2 comics, and no, I didn’t cut anything out…even there seems to be missing something 😉

Well, isn’t that a great scuba fight/peril scene?
And indeed a scene where the double hose of a female diver gets cut by someone (NEVER seen that in a movie!)!
It’s a little weird that they cut the part where she overpowers and stabs him (at the beginning of the 2nd comic)….but nonetheless, it is a great scene 🙂
I like the way he goes for her air hose and cuts it right away…he has the upper hand and just had to wait and keep her hands under control. But somehow he fails to do that.

Fun fact: He cut the left hose (from her view). That would be actually the outtake hose…not the intake hose like it is shown.
Well, with this post I wanna start a new category! There are a lot of comics that have scuba scenes in them. Some of them have scenes with underwater fights or other peril scenes. And some of those should have female divers in them (even most of these action scenes are with men 🙁 ).
So, I wanna present scenes that I found AND scenes that you can recommend (more on that below).
Ok, the scene for today is from a comic book from Germany. So most of you should have problems understanding the written parts.
But don’t worry, the story is very simple.
Mike Nelson (the hero from Sea Hunt!) has found out about a criminal couple who steal from yachts at night. So he swims after them (without scuba gear….he wasn’t prepared) and wants to stop them!

Ok, well, the action scene with the female diver only has one panel….but with the text…it really fuels the imagination 😉
English translation of the text in that panel:
Mike passes the girl. He rips the air hose from her tank and forces her to the surface.

Now imagine that scene in a movie…..wouldn’t that be great?

Ok, these two criminals doing a very poor job. They are 2 against one. They both have full sets of scuba gear. And Mike has no gear at all, not even a mask.
And yet he easily finishes them off….he’s Mike “the scuba warrior” Nelson! 😉
And I don’t know if you actually could rip a modern air hose off a tank….but that’s a nice experiment for someday. 🙂

Well, drowning inside a mall would have been a rather unusual death… but as mostly the brave female lead actress can be saved.
Thanks to the one who recommended me this one to me (sorry, don’t know who was it…)!
In this one a disaster strikes and floods (partly) a mall and the surrounding area. We have some nice folks who just wanna escape (no easy way out) and a crazy criminal who wants to get his hands on a certain suitcase that is locked away there. So, he forces the others to help him and they discover scuba gear in the mall. So, they can move through the flooded areas….

Well, that is one EVIL guy!
I don’t know why there are scuba tanks in a normal/regular sports shop, but ok, perhaps there are such shops in the US.
It is only a short peril scene but still a good one. The way he teases her with his full tank. 😉
Of course, she wasn’t in real danger, one meter below the surface…but well, she realizes that she is trapped down there without a filled scuba tank.
I will post the 2nd part and reveal the movie title then.
